We will no longer be shipping to Canada and we now have a $15.00 minimum order.

When can you expect your order?

Our new turn around time for orders is 8-10 business days. This does not include weekends and holidays. For example if you place an order on Monday it will most likely ship the following Monday. Order processing will take place on weekends. All emails will be answered within 2 business days.

   My promise to you as a consumer is that first and foremost I want you to be happy with your order. Each order should be like a little indulgence that you give yourself. I take my time making your products and package each one of them with care. You will be guaranteed a fresh handmade & personalized bath and body product each time you place an order with me. I take great care in selecting only the best fragrance oils.  From my perspective great fragrances are my whole business! If I don't think a fragrance oil smells absolutely fabulous I won't use it. I also use the best vegetable butters and oils I can find. I will not make products using inferior ingredients.   
   I also pride myself on direct and prompt communication with my customers. I will be in touch during your order process if there is a problem. Possible issues such as fragrance and supply backorders or shortage of supplies during sales will be addressed promptly and professionally. Manufacturers of these items are sometimes on back order as well. It also may be difficult to predict what customers will order during sales and as a result supplies may be limited. I will also do my best to be prompt in shipping out your order.    

I will accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Disover all through Paypal only. I no longer accept money orders or checks. Once I receive confirmation of payment I will start your order. I will ship all packages USPS priority mail or UPS ground, which ever is least expensive. We also have a USPS Flat Rate for $9.30 for heavier packages  and $12.50 for the largest priority flat rate so please ask for this shipping option. I will offer this if your shipping total is more than $7.00. Effective February 2, 2005 I will charge you exact shipping plus a $.50 service charge. The shipping charges be sent in a separate invoice later through Paypal once your package is weighed and shipping is calculated. Your order will be sent once the shipping invoice is paid.  I will send you a shipping notice when your package is sent. If you need a USPS delivery confirmation let me know when you order. I can add it to your shipping invoice.  I will be shipping only in the USA.

Our Policies & Legal Stuff (Otherwise Known as the Fine Print)
Due to the nature of our handmade personalized products we do not accept returns.  However, if your products were damaged in shipment we will send you an exact replacement free of charge. I pack every order with extreme care so hopefully damaged items will be minimal. Please let us know as soon as you receive your order regarding damages.  We are also not responsible for lost packages but I will do my best on this end to find out what became of your package.  Also please be sure of your scent & product choice as our sales are final and we do not offer refunds.  We are not responsible for how you use our products once they leave our place of business. The Body Dessert Shop (or its owner) will not be held liable for damages of any kind, skin care or otherwise in connection with the use of any of our products or with the use of our wesbite. This applies to any and all damages which include punitive damages, direct or incidental. This also includes damages connected to third parties. We also do not make any claims about the benefits or lack thereof of any of our products.  The Body Dessert Shop also reserves the right to make any changes to our website at any time with regard to shipping, prices, fragrances, products etc. You agree to all our policies by placing an order with us.
